Our four-month membership runs from June until September.

Member bouquets will be available on the FIRST TUESDAY of every month starting in June.
If you are purchasing as a gift, we can send a printable gift card with an explanation of the bouquet club to give to the recipient.
Once you purchase a membership, we will reach out to you to confirm the details of your membership and establish your preferred method of communication as the 2025 season approaches.

By becoming a member, you will receive a beautiful arrangement of farm fresh flowers that showcase the beauty of what is in bloom during that particular month. Whether you choose to receive 4 or 6 monthly bouquets, you can be sure that each one will be a lush and beautiful representation of the best blooms we have to offer.
Purchasing a membership is done months in advance because a lot of planning and planting happens before the flowers reach your hands. Therefore, there will be no refunds on memberships.

If you cannot accept your bouquets for any reason, you may transfer to a friend or family member. Please be sure to contact us if you are transferring your membership.

If you cannot receive your flowers one week, please request a family member or friend to accept on your behalf. All bouquets not picked up by 8pm on the subscription day will be donated.
Members can choose to pick up or have their flowers delivered for an additional fee.

Pick up: Members can pick up their flowers from our farm's roadside stand from 2pm-8pm on the FIRST Tuesday of the month. *If you would like to pick them up earlier in the day, we can arrange this when we reach out to confirm your membership. Or simply send an email to creekhavenflowerfarm@gmail.com to request your flowers for morning pickup.

Delivery: We provide delivery within a 15 mile radius from our farm for an extra fee. Delivery will begin by 12 pm on the first Tuesday or Weds of each month. TWe will let you know which day once our delivery route has been planned. You do not need to be present during the delivery, but we request that you provide a location that is shielded from direct sunlight and wind to ensure the safety of your flowers until they are brought inside. Please confirm whether you are within the delivery range before selecting delivery. Our address is 553 Pigeon Creek Rd. Pottstown, PA 19465.
